Here’s a quick and “berry delicious” smoothie recipe when you’re in a hurry or just need a little pick-me-up after a workout…

This dairy-free smoothie is packed with nutritious antioxidants and the rich flavors of locally-grown fresh berries. Refreshing any time of the day…enjoy guilt-free because there are no refined sugars in this one – just a little raw honey.

Feel free to add your favorite protein powder if you like.

Paleo Black Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe


  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbs raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 10-15 ice cubes
  • Optional: Scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • Yield
  • 1 serving


  1. Combine ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth
  2. Serve and enjoy!
