Tired of the same old paleo breakfast?

You’ve got a yam (or sweet potato) in there, a couple of apples, some fresh kale (or spinach) and of course your tried and true paleo breakfast friends, bacon and eggs.
Look how easy this one is to whip up…

Next you just fry up some bacon, leave a little of that yummy fat in the pan, and then sauté your breakfast goodies.
Finally cook up your eggs any style you like, and serve with generous heaping helpings of this yam, apple and kale mix on the side.
That’s it. Real easy. So good. A morning eye-opener – and Whole30-approved breakfast – that’s almost as good as coffee.
