Many of us aren’t exactly thrilled about consuming our daily quota of vegetables…but if you want to stay energized and healthy, you just gotta do it.

Keep in mind not all the recipes you’ll see are paleo and gluten free…but, you’ll get some great ideas for tasty vegetable dishes that may only need a few tweaks before you’re good to go.
