Easy Paleo Peach Smoothie

Ideal for everything from an on-the-go breakfast to a healthy summer sipper poolside, this easy peach smoothie recipe puts the taste of super-chilled fresh-baked peach pie in your glass!

I used juicy and very ripe peaches for this delicious concoction, but feel free to skip the peeling and slicing and just toss a cup of frozen sliced peaches into the blender.

It’s your choice if you want to pour in almond milk or coconut milk – if you’re craving a creamier smoothie, go with full-fat coconut milk. [av_sidebar widget_area=’Lockerdome’ av_uid=’av-qgd8lb’]

Adjust the amount of honey to your liking depending on the sweetness of your peaches – you’ll probably want to add at least some honey to balance the natural tartness of the fruit.

This one makes a great pre- or post-workout drink too…just add a scoop of your favorite protein mix, chia seeds, or whatever else you like.

Stay cool…and enjoy this easy peach paleo smoothie!
