Chocolate Shake (tastes like a Wendy's Frosty!)

coconut milk - full fat

banana

unsweetened cocoa powder

tsp
vanilla

cinnamon

raw honey
Ice
Optional: Add scoop of protein powder
Berry Shake

Optional: Add scoop of protein powder
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a a good blender (I have a Ninja blender with a smoothie attachment that rocks!) or use something like a Magic Bullet
Blend it until creamy like a smoothie!
Add straw and enjoy
