Easy paleo steak fries when you want a really tasty, hot and slightly spicy side for your next paleo meal.
These spicy paleo fries are incredibly simple – just rough-cut a couple of raw sweet potatoes into wedges, season, and bake until tender.
Serve hot with a homemade paleo tomato sauce or organic ketchup for dipping if you like and enjoy!

Paleo Baked Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 raw sweet potatoes, rough cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Turn on oven to 350º F
- Chop sweet potatoes into wedges
- Combine all the dry seasonings in a small bowl
- In a larger bowl add all your potato wedges and about 2 tbs of olive oil to lightly coat
- Sprinkle your dry spices mix over the wedges
- Next squeeze the juice of 1 lime over them and toss the wedges with your hands to mix
- Spread the potatoes out on a cookie sheet
- Bake 30-35 minutes, turning over once halfway through the cooking time
- Serve with homemade paleo tomato sauce or organic ketchup and enjoy!
