Easy Paleo Sausage, Egg & Guacamole Breakfast Wrap

Hey sleepyhead … break out of that same-old bacon and eggs breakfast routine and try something different this morning!

Like this awesome paleo sausage, egg and guac breakfast wrap. This one is as simple as it looks – and so, so good.


I’ve included a great seasoning mix for you too in the recipe below. Or feel free to choose a bulk sausage that’s already loaded with herbs and spices. You could try a hot or mild Italian sausage with this recipe, or if you want a more Mexican flavor for your breakfast wrap, definitely go for your favorite chorizo.

This is an easy paleo recipe to get yourself out of a breakfast rut in record time. Enjoy!

Paleo Sausage, Egg & Guacamole Breakfast Wrap Recipe

1 pound bulk pork (or chicken) sausage

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/2 tsp sage

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp allspice

1/4 tsp garlic

1/4 tsp cayenne

Eggs as desired, scrambled

Head of iceberg lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

Guacamole, as desired

1 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil


1Combine all the dry seasonings above in a small container

2Place the uncooked sausage in a large mixing bowl, and sprinkle the seasoning mix over. Gently mix the seasonings into the sausage with your hands

3Gently form 4-6 sausage patties

4Add 1 Tbsp of oil to a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties thoroughly until internal temperature reads160ºF, and set aside

5Scramble eggs and mix the guacamole as desired

6Stack and wrap with lettuce leaves as shown, and secure wrap with toothpicks if necessary
