A spin-off from his well-known Hearth restaurant, Canora along with countless other proponents of bone broth are making grandma’s old recipe for beef or chicken stock new again.
A favorite beverage of paleo and primal followers, bone broth is rich in nutrients and provides comforting sustenance for anti-inflammatory diets. In fact, Canora tags his restaurant’s branded broth: “The World’s First Comfort Food.”
