Cranberry-Pecan Chicken Salad To-Go Recipe

Chicken salad to go from paleo newbie. Features Planetbox stainless steel meal prep container.

 2.50 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 0.33 cup (or more to taste) paleo mayo (I used the Primal Kitchen brand)
 0.25 cup cranberries, dried
 3 green onions, chopped
 1 celery stalk, chopped
 a squeeze of lime
 salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all chicken salad ingredients in a medium bowl, and gently mix together (adjust seasonings to suit your taste)


Serve over lettuce, in a tomato cup, or as a sandwich
