Chopped Chicken Salad with Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette

Simple chopped paleo chicken salad with a homemade honey-mustard sauce

 8 pre-cooked chicken, chopped
 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
 1 apple, chopped
 0.50 cucumber, chopped
 1 avocado, chopped
 0.33 cup red onion, diced
 4 leafy greens - your choice
Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette
 4 tbsp honey, raw
 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Chop all the above


Season chopped chicken with Everyday Seasoning (see link below) or your own favorite seasoning blend


Simply stir the honey, mustard and vinegar ingredients together well to create the dressing


Toss salad with the Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette, or serve separately on the side
