One-Pot Paleo Cookbook – Simple Recipes, Easy Clean Up!

I was so excited to get out of my kitchen, prop up my feet, and devour Jenny Castaneda’s new cookbook: One-Pot Paleo

Thumbing through the gorgeous pages of this paleo cookbook is definitely a feast for your eyes. Most of Jenny’s recipes use common ingredients found in just about everyone’s paleo kitchen, making it super-easy to create a real variety of mouth-watering meals – many with an international flair.

I can guarantee there will be so many recipes calling your name in this book, you won’t know where to start.

For instance, “Week Night Gumbo” and “Filipino Chicken BBQ.” Oh, and “Seafood Dynamite!” I can’t wait to make these and many more! Simple ingredients artfully assembled that will guarantee you an almost endless supply of deliciously different paleo meals.

Many paleo people write me and say what they really want are simple and tasty meals with minimal fuss. Creating original recipes like that, believe me, are easier said than done. Well Jenny’s got the easy part nailed in this cookbook!

One-Pot Paleo means what the title says. With Jenny’s dishes, you don’t have to march out a platoon of pots and pans to get the job done. You just grab whatever cooking tool the recipe calls for – cast-iron skillet, baking dish, stockpot, BBQ grill – and get busy. You gotta love one pot recipes that leave you with a lot less mess to clean up. One and done! [av_sidebar widget_area=’Lockerdome’ av_uid=’av-2ag09fn’]

One-Pot Paleo is a must-have on my cookbook shelf…and I plan on dog-earing plenty of these pages.

You’ll get a lot of mileage out of this cookbook too peeps…be sure and get your hands on a copy. (See the Amazon.com link below.) And be sure to check out her excellent blog: Paleo Foodie Kitchen.

Thank you Jenny – and congratulations on a job well done!
