Sassy Southwest Sliders Paleo Recipe


Chipotle Sauce:

1/2 cup Paleo Mayo

1 chipotle (in adobo sauce)

1 1/2 tsp of adobo sauce

2 tsp lime juice

Salt and Pepper, to taste


1 lb ground beef

Salt and Pepper to taste (or your favorite seasoning)

Produce Stack:

Tomato slices

Avocado slices

Baby spinach


1Purée the first four Chipotle Sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

2Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

3Separate ground beef into about 3 ounce portions. Form tightly into slider-sized paddies. Season with salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning blend)

4Grill sliders about 4 or 5 minutes per side.

5Stack with produce as desired and top with Chipotle Sauce.

6Makes about 5 sliders
