You’ve got to check out this sassy little paleo topping – perfect for your next burger, kabob, or steak…
This sauce is guaranteed to add a little extra “oomph” to just about any hunk of beef…and it’s really quick and easy to whip up.
The hubs actually came up with this one, so it’s a guy-approved paleo topping – which in my hubby’s case means there’s some spicy heat to it.
But don’t let that scare you – it’s not fan-your-mouth hot. (Just between you and me, the hub’s isn’t the fire-eater he thinks he is!)
Now it may not be tame enough for complete wimps or small children, but most paleo peeps will love it. Just enough heat there to make your taste buds all warm and tingly.
That said, I wouldn’t use more than 2 chipotles (the kind soaked in adobo sauce) for this recipe. Texans, you get a pass to add more.
For everyone else, just fish out two nice-sized chipotles from the can, chop them up, mix them in with everything else, and then give the sauce a taste before adding any more.
