This one is extra good if you make it a little ahead of time to give the flavors a chance to combine. Just mix everything together – minus the chopped avocado – and place in the fridge until you're ready. Add the avocado and drizzle with extra lime juice right before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango - chopped small
- 1 cup fresh pineapple - chopped small
- 1/2 cup fresh avocado, chopped small
- 1 jalapeno - seeded and diced small
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper - diced small
- 1/4 cup red onion - diced small
- 2 limes - juiced
- 2-3 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped (leaves only)
