This delicious shake recipe is quick and easy and perfect for a warm weekend day.
My friend Lori was asking me about a shake recipe she saw on Facebook last night. It wasn’t bad, but I noticed it was made with almond milk. I have nothing really against almond milk, but usually they’re sweetened and flavored with things like sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Not good.
So since I had the blender out, I just changed things up a bit and whipped up a delicious, ice-cold chocolate shake and a berry shake, both Paleo-style.
My hubby and I just finished them. I can say first-hand they’re awesome – just watch out for the occasional brain freeze. :)
